Good condition: Very clean; no marks, scribbles, or rips; binding tight. Light age-discoloration to pages, especially at edges. The glossy protective plastic covering the boards is very wrinkled. Top corners are bumped. Illustrations on every page; many in color. The artwork (in watercolor and pencil) is very lively and attractive. Although the text is fairly dense, my guess is that this is an abridgement of the original Twain version.
